🎮 The Controller Learns a Few More Tricks
The virtual keyboard now opens on its own, knows when only a numeric keypad is needed, and now sliders can be tamed with the gamepad too.
Gamepad support keeps growing, with a few touches designed for anyone running the match comfortably from the couch, without ever touching a mouse or keyboard.
First new thing: clicking a text field with the gamepad cursor now opens the virtual keyboard on its own, exactly like on a phone — no more having to remember which button brings it up. And if the field only accepts numbers (like round duration or how many starting letters to deal), a small numeric keypad appears directly instead of the full one, just like it already does on smartphones. To close it, the usual dedicated button still works, or — new as well — a mouse click outside its area.
Second new thing: the settings sliders, which used to be rather awkward to move with a gamepad, now behave better. A click jumps them straight near the desired point, and from there the d-pad lets you fine-tune the value with precision, one step at a time — handy for values where maximum precision matters.
Small tweaks, but designed to make administering the match from a gamepad feel more and more natural, without having to switch back to mouse and keyboard for the finer details.
